Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Arrange venues and schedules for meetings between all the individuals who will be contributing to shoot
2. Coordinate during the whole process of voila studio product shoot and related activities
3. Write internal communications documents, including Handouts and emails, to inform team members of important notices
4. Review materials created by others and offer suggestions for improvement
5. Edit and approve the final versions of products, using company guidelines as a gauge
6. Present progress and results of tasks to management and other interested parties in person or in digital format
7. Conduct regular analysis of processes and procedures, adjusting when necessary
8. Perform other relevant duties as required
9. Establish contact lists of collaborators and clients and update information periodically
