1. Working in the IT recruitment process for our newly launched product InterviewBit Academy as well as Lateral hiring.

2. Mapping the potential candidates profiles across InterviewBit Platform and Linkedin etc. 3. Handling the interview process with clients.

4. Driving the organizational objectives as planned.

5. Researching about recruitment Industry
