You have:

5 - 8 years corporate recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT / Non IT roles; prior agency experience would be a bonus
experience in hiring for various technology stacks for IT roles OR Non IT talent through creative sourcing efforts
excellent written & verbal communication skills.
a strong desire to be an individual contributor focused on meeting company objectives
experience with an ATS (we use Newton)
the ability to take the time to learn about us (what's worked, what hasn't) to build the right strategies for continued success

What you’ll do:

Own and manage the full recruitment life-cycle from creating JDs and sourcing to interviews and negotiations for all open roles at Replicon
Source, pre-screen, and engage candidates at junior, mid-levels as well as sophisticated senior-levels for tech and non- tech opportunities in Replicon
Build and maintain network of potential IT / Non IT candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer / partner expectations
Leverage social media networking and sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build a pipeline of candidates based on the needs of the business
Conduct role-specific recruiting via traditional and non-traditional resources such as LinkedIn and Angellist
Use market research, networking, social platforms, advanced search tools, employee and external referrals, and community events to source candidates
Ensure candidates have a great experience at every stage of the recruitment process by maintaining fast turnaround times, feedback on rejects, employee focused negotiations, etc
Bring talent market insights and data to backup hiring decisions and salaries for each role
Keep all stakeholders informed on recruitment by circulating weekly hiring reports with data points across the hiring funnel, status of every open position, feedback on profiles, challenges faced in hiring for a role and so on
