JD For TCoE & DevOPS Delivery lead

 Minimum of 10 years of managing offshore delivery experience and 15+ years IT/Industry experience. 

• Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with scrum/agile and other project management methodologies.
• Prior experience with SAFe is preferred (Leading SAFe).
• Prior experience in ITIL practices is preferred (ITIL 4 Foundation or higher).
• Experience with process improvement disciplines is preferred.
• Experience with test management is preferred.
• Experience in Computer Systems Validation (CSV) in the context of Good Clinical/Manufacturing Practices (GxP) is preferred
• Experience with software development using Application lifecycle management (ALM) and Jira.
• Knowledge/Experience in the life-sciences/biotech space is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Managing DevOps Process Management and TCOE Delivery - Ensures activities, project assignments and deliverables are coordinated.

Hands on escalation management and be front end for management.

People Manager to mold and manage teams.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage captive center DevOps Process Management and TCOE team members.
• Ensure alignment between offshore captive center team members and onsite teams and management.
• Report status, prioritize, monitor and optimize activities and processes in DevOps Process Management and TCOE captive center teams.
• Coordinate assignment of responsibilities, activities, and projects.
• Hands-on escalation management
• Manages relations with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
