- Bachelor’s Degree and 02+ years cross-functional leadership track record of industrial products.
- Experience in scaling a solid business to remarkable results.
- Highly effective cross-functional and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively within teams though willing and able to collaborate as part of a total organization team.
- Ability to travel.
- Experience in outdoor markets is preferred though not essential, as is an experience of leading in a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong product acumen and product leadership orientation are preferred.
