Profile As Technical Sales Engineer for UMAC wear, with a focus on the running and bike wear markets, you will have full accountability for setting and adjusting strategy and for the overall financial health of the business. Your responsibility is to identify the projects, provide proposals, and contract finalization which leads to delivery and payments. • Bachelor’s Degree and 02+ years cross-functional leadership track record of industrial products.
• Experience in scaling a solid business to remarkable results.
• Highly effective cross-functional and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively within teams though willing and able to collaborate as part of a total organization team.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience in outdoor markets is preferred though not essential, as is an experience of leading in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong product acumen and product leadership orientation are preferred.
