Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tele caller with proficiency in Tally to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product/service information, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce our products/services, and effectively communicate their benefits. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers with accurate information and solutions.

Generate sales leads through cold-calling and follow-up with potential customers.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Maintain call logs, customer databases, and other relevant documentation.

Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar customer service/sales role.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Working knowledge of Tally software preferred

Good understanding of sales techniques and telemarketing principles.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets. Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
