Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to US to check Claim status, Handling denials and Patient Eligibility.
To check Insurance Follow-up
Meet the Productivity and Quality targets within stipulated time
Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS
Graduates in any Discipline
Good Command over English (Oral & Written)
Flexible to work in Shifts.
Good Analytical Skills
Computer savvy
Good Listening Skills
