Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Timing : 10am to 7pm, Tuesday week off, no weekend
Qualification: Graduation
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers to inform them about available properties and real estate services using scripts
Answer questions about properties, pricing, financing options, and the real estate market
Schedule appointments for property viewings with interested buyers or renters
Follow up with potential buyers or renters to keep them engaged and interested
Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions for future follow-ups
Collaborate with the real estate sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals
Keep up-to-date with the real estate market trends and developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property pricing trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with potential customers and understand their needs
