Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
Scheduling meetings with counselors (Virtual or Personal).
Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement.
Converting inquiries into admissions.
Strong interpersonal sensitivities and skills to ask penetrating questions resulting in natural outgrowth of building relationships
Consistently meet the goals set for each Telecounselor
Be professional in attitude and verbal presentation
Perform recruitment duties as assigned by the Admissions Coordinator
Requirements:
Proficient in English communication and interpersonal skills
Research and record-keeping skills
Verbal communication
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues of students.
With good reading skills
