Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convert inquiries into sales by inbound/outbound telephone calls
2. Advise present or prospective customers by incoming/outgoing calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies
3. Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information
4. Document transactions by completing forms and record logs
5. Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
6. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
7. Maintain quality service by following organization standards
8. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
