We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products or services.
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to the sales manager regarding sales performance, market trends, and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the [industry/sector].
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
