Job Summary

Immediate hiring for Ticketing and Reservation Executives with good remuneration Packages tp our reputed Aviation Industry. The candidates will be taking care of Booking and rebooking the passenger's tickets. He/ She has to explain the ticketing prices to the passengers according to different flight charges are available online.

The candidates also engaging them self in scanning the tickets and complete process of ticketing and reservation.

Interview Process will be happening in Kolkata only.

Responsibilities and Duties

Booking and rebooking the tickets.

Scanning the bar codes on the tickets.

Confirming the passenger's destination after scanning the tickets.

Helping Passengers in assisting the special offers

Making Flight arrival and departure announcements.

Giving complete information about Flight timing, ticket prices to travel agencies.

Checking bags/languages.

Allows needed and sufficient space to customers.

Helping Staff members with Ground Operations.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Age limit: 18-30

Basic computer knowledge.

10+2 is compulsory.

Good Communication Skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates both are most welcome.

Pleasing Personality.

Languages preferred: English, Hindi, Bengali.
