4. Conceptualize, design and create special effects, including particle effects, dynamic simulations and shader effects
5. Communicate information quickly and succinctly to the crew and other departments in person as well as via email
6. Maintain an accurate summary of progress from the previous day's work by artists
7. Oversee the execution of client deliveries of all temps and finals
8. Have a methodical and thorough approach to work
