Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Social Media Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating engaging video content, designing graphic posts, and managing social media platforms to drive sales and brand awareness. They should possess a deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms, particularly on platforms like Meta Facebook and Instagram. The candidate should also have experience in influencer marketing and be able to identify and collaborate with relevant influencers.

Responsibilities:

Create compelling video content, including Reels, stories, and promotional videos, optimized for various social media platforms.

Design eye-catching graphic posts and visuals for social media campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and sales.

Utilize advertising tools on Meta Facebook and Instagram to create and manage targeted ads that drive traffic and conversions.

Monitor social media analytics and track performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and initiatives.

Identify and establish partnerships with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach and credibility.

Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to inform strategy and content creation.

Bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the table, with a focus on creating content that has the potential to go viral.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative content.

Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Meta Facebook and Instagram, with a deep understanding of algorithms and best practices.

Experience in creating and managing social media ads, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization.

Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and the ability to identify and collaborate with relevant influencers.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Comfortable in front of the camera and able to appear in video content as needed.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preference will be given to female candidates.
