Designation : Voice - Customer Service Associate/Sr. Customer Service Associate

• Education –Any Graduate/Undergrad (But no current pursing applicants)
• Excellent Communication skills – B2
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comprehend complex situations and respond accordingly
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Shifts – 24/7 Shifts
• CTC – From 3 LPA with ESI,PF deductions+ 2700 Incentives (Freshers) upto 4 LPA Experienced resources depends on last CTC.
• Interview Rounds – HR, V&A, Ops
