Having a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. This includes features, benefits, pricing, and competitive positioning.

Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. This involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
