Opening : US Travel Sales Consultant - US Process
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Selling of the airlines ticket (Amadeus , Sabre)
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their travel.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers, such as hotels and airlines, to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients.
- Create detailed itineraries and travel packages tailored to clients' preferences and budget.- Process payments and handle booking confirmations for clients.
- Maintain client records and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including different types of accommodations, amenities, and pricing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
