Responsibilities
· To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations. To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.
· Support execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
· Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
· Be a productive and effective member of the office team and support OM through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.
· Follow up on daily basis, any type of leads assigned to them. Maintain remarks in CRM.
· Conducting small group seminars with students.
· Maintaining case records in files of individual students including referral forms, observation report, and interactions with students
· Submitting the required reports and case updates and all the documentation available to the Head of the Department.
· Helping students with the application process for different schools and universities abroad (Canada, US, UK, etc.). Research on universities, application deadlines, and application requisites. Preparing student profiles, coordinating with essay writers for SOP.
