Admissions Support:

Collaborate with the admissions team to assist prospective students in understanding program details, admission procedures, and prerequisites.
Aid in the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition for students into their chosen programs.

Progress Monitoring:

Track and monitor the academic progress of students, identifying potential challenges and providing proactive solutions.
Work closely with faculty members and other support staff to address student needs and concerns.

Resource Provision:

Direct students to relevant educational resources, study materials, and support services available through EduProv.

Feedback and Improvement:

Collect feedback from students regarding their academic experiences and share insights with the management team for continuous improvement.
Propose and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of academic counseling services.

Requirements:

12th pass or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proven experience in academic counseling, preferably in the online education or distance education sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment.
Empathy and understanding towards the unique challenges faced by online and distance learners.
