Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on purchase invoice entries (checking invoice calculations & all the statutory-related parts e.g. TDS, GST),taking approvals from the management on purchase bills to process further for payments
2. Work on bank entries & bank reconciliation
3. Prepare sales invoices in Soham ERP
4. Coordinate with clients regarding ledger reconciliation
5. Work on maintaining the client's ledger up to date. Follow up with clients for details of remittances and outstanding amounts
6. Work on party TDS ledger checking with 26AS
7. Prepare outstanding balance statement & aging statement on a weekly basis
8. Prepare security deposit amount refund statement
9. Coordinate with the sales and legal team with respect to client-related matters
10. Set track of insurance for Vansum, KSPL & RMCPL (workers compensation policy, LIC GGCA, GPA, Standard Fire& Perils Policy, Public Liability Insurance- Act Policy, Employees Compensation Liability Policy)

Requirements: The candidate should have knowledge about HR & admin-related work.
