Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Help with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
4. Collaborate with TA team members to source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews
5. Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, updating job descriptions, and managing candidate databases
6. Collaborating with an external vendor to manage a variety of tasks
7. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
8. Ensure all HR related documentation is organized and easily accessible
9. Prepare HR-related reports as needed
10. Participate in HR training sessions and take an active role in personal and professional development
Skills:
1. Graduate in Business Administration, Management Studies, or related field
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition and HR role
3. Good understanding of HR principles and practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
6. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
