2. Act as a liaison between our company and the college/university, facilitating communication and partnerships
3. Organize and execute campus recruitment drives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
4. Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate students about our training programs and job opportunities
5. Assist in the development and implementation of campus marketing strategies to attract top talent
6. Build and maintain relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations to enhance our brand presence
7. Collaborate with the HR team to identify potential candidates and provide support during the recruitment process
