About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
2. Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
3. Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
4. Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned
5. Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
6. Greeting interviewees, answering phone calls, emails, and offering a high level of customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for applicants
7. Scheduling multiple interviews and coordinating the recruitment process

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the part time job/internship

2. can start the part time job/internship between 5th Nov'20 and 10th Dec'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should be familiar with interview, onboarding, and training processes

2. Should have a strong familiarity with social networking sites and job applicant systems
