Job Description:
"Governance :
•Document key governance decisions and track action items
•Provide decision support mechanisms by ensuring that key information is available, relevant and accurate to program stakeholders
•Streamline processes and tools for the above
Performance Management & Metrics Collation :
•Integrate project level status reports at the program/account level
•Enforce performance reporting guidelines at the program/account level
•Collate key metrics on performance improvement and facilitate creation of dashboards at the account level
Financial Management :
•Track actual spends and manage forecasts
•Ensure time tracking at the account level
•Ensure inputs provided into the billing systems and invoices are generated on time and with accuracy
Resource Management :
•Facilitate and track effective utilization of resources across the account – bring out anomalies in individual projects as reported by the PM
•Manage data collection and reporting process for the above
Recruitment /Hiring :
•Ensuring there are proper job specs for each role and help identify the right interview panel
•Initial interaction with key candidates to understand their profile / fitment to role
•Follow up on candidate interviews with clients
•Progress background checks and also coordinate with clients for selected candidates
•Coordinate with clients for creation of appropriate client credentials and equipment (VDI’s/laptops)
