CTC-Upto 20K + Incentives

Job Description:

Handle personal loan, home loan, gold loan and auto loan leads assigned by central marketing team and ensure maximum successful business
Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service
Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers
Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM
Generate referral leads from existing customers.
Discussing &selling of financial Products/ Loans/Credit Card to the leads given by the company.
Interested leads will be provided by the company.
No cold calling or random calling.
Leads will be from interested customers.
Day shift (10am to 7:00pm) - Fixed timings.
It is 6 days working company. The candidates will be given 1 weekly off as per the roster which means there will be no fixed off.
Fixed salary + High incentives.
Office location at 10 minutes walking distance from Huda City Center Metro Station.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
Should have good English communication skills.
Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard
Must have studied Maths at least till Class XII; proficient with Mental Maths
Keen to work hard, punctual and having a zest for learning
Eye for detail and comfortable in working with numbers and calculations
