We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our growing inside sales team as a Business Development Executive, responsible for selling our Tech Sales Training and Recruitment Services in the USA. This individual contributor is a hunter role which involves getting new companies on board as clients who are looking to hire or train salespeople.
As the Business Development Executive, you will utilize an integrated strategy that may include marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing, and working with lead lists. You will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to ensure successful lead generation. Additionally, this position will involve proactive prospecting by emailing and making calls to potential customers (C-Level executives, VP sales, VP HR, VP Training & Talent Acquisition Heads) to introduce our products and services and schedule appointments.
