During training period - 3LPA (fixed CTC) + 2LPA (Variable pay)

Post-training period (On successful completion of training)- 5LPA (Fixed CTC) + 3LPA (Variable Pay)+2LPA (Direct sales Allowances)

Working days: Saturday + Sunday (Mandatory working)

Monday and Tuesday Week offs

Should be a graduate

Should be passionate about sales

You can earn up to 3 Lakh in your incentives.

300 best performers for each quarter (every 3 months) are taken on a 5 day fully paid international trip.

You will have weekly targets to achieve, consistent failure to achieve them will obviously result in job cancellation, that's not a surprise
