Roles and Responsibilities

Take a lead from the prospecting phase to the qualified phase over the phone
Present product solutions virtually.
Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how Slayy Academy can catalyze their careers.
Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

Good Communication Skills
Good Problem-solving skills over the call
High energy level

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate Freshers and Experienced in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Telesales / Educational Sales.
Excellent communication skills verbal & written should be able to communicate with learners and other stakeholders.
Extra-ordinary negotiation and pitching skills required
Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality.
Willing to work on rotational shifts

Perks and Benefits

Salary is 1,80,000 (fixed) + uncapped incentives up to 5 LPA
5-days a week, Work from home
Work timings are 9 am to 6 pm
