Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Educational Qualification: - Degree completed/ Pursuing
Location: - Bangalore
Pay: Incentive-Based (Better Pay Structure)
Responsibilities: -
· Must be self-driven, motivated and should set his/her targets.
· Proper lead utilization and a conversion ratio of at least 15% would be expected.
· Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems would be an added advantage.
· Must be able to build a good rapport with outbound customers.
· Post-sale customer handling.
· Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
· Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling and social outreach would be useful.
Skills / Qualifications Required:
· Fluent in the local language, knowing other languages will be an added advantage.
· Having prior sales experience in EdTech will be beneficial but not mandatory.
· Freshers who want to explore inside sales can apply (both completed and pursued)
