Description: We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our business development team as associates. As a business development associate, you will be responsible for calling potential prospects, building relationships with them, and converting them into sales to help drive the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
-Qualify leads and gather information about their needs and preferences
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication like calls, whatsApp, emails etc.
-Pitch our products and services to prospects and answer any questions they may have
-Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
-Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone
-Proficiency in Hindi & English-Highly self motivated and results driven
-Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google sheets/doc
