Business Development Executive will be working with our existing outbound inside sales team to promote and improve our business.

Excellent communication skills preferred, Hindi speaking is an added advantage

• 1-5 years of experience required in hardcore cross selling / up selling
• Should be a self driven, energetic and target oriented person
• Should have the strong ability to pitch the exact details of our product and convince customers
• Should identify the needs of the customer while interacting over the phone call to clarify their doubts
• Should be able to solve the customer complaints by providing logical solutions to retain them
• Should be open to learn, accept and share the prompt feedback with our internal business and management teams, adaptability also be considered
