Business Development / Franchise Tele caller – ACI TECH SERV Pvt Ltd

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

·        Calling New business development / Franchise leads on PAN India

·        Generating leads through various marketing activities as cold calling and campaigning.

·        Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.

·         Fluent in English & Hindi “Should be able to work with a Team. * Good at Computers. * Female Candidates Only.

·        Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way

·        Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till the final closure.

·        Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement

·        feedback - mails/phones (communication channel) 1- brand promotion tele Maintain register for the same.

·        Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain the company's franchisee model/Business development and to get them register

·        Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise-related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.

·        Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes

·        Responsible for new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures.

·        Sign up New Franchise Partner /Business Development across the country

·        Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD

Qualifications

·        Graduate (with prior calling experience) in any field from a recognized University can apply.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.

·        Strong written and verbal communication.

·        Analytical mind & attention to detail.

·        Knowledge of ACI Techserv Brands would be preferred.
