This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and communicating with clients. The role is located in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and research potential clients within the IT software industry.
· Generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
· Conduct cold calling and outreach activities to initiate contact and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
· Understand clients' business objectives and requirements to propose suitable marketing solutions.
· Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits they can gain.
· Negotiate and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
· Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain effective communication to nurture relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project execution and ensure smooth delivery of services.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the IT software industry.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
