As a business development intern, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to create new business opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Advanced knowledge of business development processes and strategies
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadline
7. Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
8. Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
9. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
10. Inside sales and sales management skills
11. Experience in leading and managing a sales team for at least 2+ years
12. The ability to make informed decisions in a rapidly changing environment
13. Proven success in securing and driving new business growth
14. Strong organizational and time management skills
