About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us build a customer base. You will be at the forefront of the company and have the will to create and apply an efficient sales strategy.

The goal is to foster sustainable financial growth by stimulating sales and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
• Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
• Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing (digital) strategies
• Preparing financial projections and sales targets
• Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
• Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
• Producing reports for management
• Training business developers and sales colleagues

Required Qualification

·         BBA or MBA or Any graduate with relevant experience.  

·         Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

·         The candidate must possess the idea on digital marketing and should be able to lead the team.

·         Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

·         Proficiency in English

·         Market knowledge

·         Communication and negotiation skills

·         Time management and planning skills

Compensation

·        Pay scale: 3.00 LPA (Depending on your experience) + Incentives
