Objectives of this role:

•  As a BDM, you'll be in charge of directing the business operation of the company in a specific geographic territory. 
• The executive will also oversee discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
• Achieving the objectives and target set for the area
• Setting sales targets for individual sales reps and your team as a whole
• Developing sales strategies and allocating areas to representatives
• Market research and collecting customer feedback
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Analysing, monitoring team performance and reporting to senior management
• Work closely with other verticals within Friscone group to drive the short-term and long-term vision of the organization and be an integral part of its growth and impact.
• Suggest and incorporate ways to improve the visibility of Friscone Group in the industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate
• Work Experience: Prior experience as a sales executive( 3+yrs preferred)
• Language: English, Hindi

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Prior sales experience with a proven track record
• Team building and sales planning
• Ready to travel around to get the job done
• Self-directed, target oriented with the high orientation to process and systematic reporting
• Excellent research, lead generation, lead management and funnel creation abilities
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
• Strategic big-picture thinker, with the ability to recognize and plan for details
