Responsibilities:
· Generate inquiries and close transactions for recruitment and finance business consulting.
· Handle presales activities, including lead generation through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and online data.
· Maintain regular communication with potential clients to develop synergy and foster relationships.
· Prepare and share presentations/proposals with potential clients according to their requirements.
· Elaborate on the terms of hiring and ensure clarity throughout the process.
· Guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
· Maintain a database of potential clients for future engagement.
Desired Candidate:
· MBA qualification.
· Interest in B2B/corporate sales.
· Candidates from the consulting or recruitment industry will be preferable.
· Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
· Proactive and street-smart individual.
· Ideally based in Gurgaon.
Key Skills:
