1. Reach out and engage with prospective customers/brands who might be interested in our digital services
2. Create a fantastic first impression with prospects and customers through proper communication etiquette
3. Educate potential customers about our services and how we can help them
4. Research on customer contacts, key influencers, and decision-makers
5. Leverage various communication channels (phone, email, social, chat) to connect with business owners and decision-makers via their preferred method of communication
6. Contact prospective pipeline customers on a regular basis to convert them to actual customers
7. Maintain CRM regularly with a pipeline of consistent and qualified leads
8. Provide timely reporting and feedback
