About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the leads
2. Creating and managing short-term and medium-term sales goals
4. Working on lead nurturing (we will train you on the right approach to potential customers)
5. Working on calling to leads (you will be the first point of contact with prospects)
6. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
7. Producing accurate and timely reporting of lead status throughout its life cycle
8. Working on strategy and growth tasks with the founding team
9. Handling client success tasks with a client-first attitude
10. Producing and managing sales activities and plan

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 6 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per conversion).
