7. Must know how to create emotional engagement with people and help customers consider new ideas
8. Must have their own laptop
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 400 per complete form).
1. A pre-placement offer (PPO) will be given to deserving candidates
2. This is a B2B sales role with openings in field-sales
3. The stipend for the first month will be a fixed pay of Rs.8,000 and the variable pay of Rs.400 per-form
4. Next month onwards, based on the individual's performance the fixed payment will be raised to Rs.15,000
5. If the performance is not up to the mark, the company will let go of the candidate after the first month (details regarding the variable pay will be explained later in detail to the candidate)
