About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying potential customers and pitching the product over the call or by visiting preschools, if required
2. Articulating the benefits of joining the platform and help the prospects onboard
3. Communicating, presenting, and influencing credibly and effectively
4. Arranging for appointments to close loop the leads which involve form filling, by doing it online or by visiting the preschools and filling it for them

1. Must have any degree

2. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

3. Must be proactive, energetic and have the zeal to work

4. Must know about MS Excel

5. Must have extremely good communication skills (oral and written)

6. Must be an effective planner and know how to plan daily activities to achieve end goals

7. Must know how to create emotional engagement with people and help customers consider new ideas

8. Must have their own laptop

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 400 per complete form).

1. A pre-placement offer (PPO) will be given to deserving candidates
2. This is a B2B sales role with openings in field-sales
3. The stipend for the first month will be a fixed pay of Rs.8,000 and the variable pay of Rs.400 per-form
4. Next month onwards, based on the individual's performance the fixed payment will be raised to Rs.15,000
5. If the performance is not up to the mark, the company will let go of the candidate after the first month (details regarding the variable pay will be explained later in detail to the candidate)
