Position Overview:

As a Channel Sales Manager at MySankalp DreamNest, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, devising effective sales strategies, and driving sales growth. You will also play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales executives and agents, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance.

3. Sales Planning: Create sales plans and establish performance targets for the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

4.Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

5. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Channel Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role within the real estate industry.
