• Answer inquiries by providing desired information by researching, locating, etc.
• Should provide customer support via live chat, social media and email in a way that reflects our client's culture
• Assist customers in locating items and / or provide alternatives
• Explain about the products/process for the customers when required.
• Identifying the possible errors and issues.

Skills:

·         Any graduation.

·         Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.

·         Proficient and accurate typing skills, minimum typing of 50 word per minute is an added advantage.

·         Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness

·         Experience in Chat process, preferable in E-commerce industries.

·         Should be able to build good relation with customers

·         High English Communication and chatting skills

·         Good knowledge on Computer operation.

·         Should be a Quick learner and multi-tasker.
