Job Title - Senior Associate, Customer Service

• RishtaDepot is a global matchmaking service predominantly providing matchmaking services for Indians in UK, USA, Canada and Australia.
  

Responsibilities and Duties

• You will be responsible for identifying clients requirements and helping them find the right match over the phone.
  
• Handling Escalation calls of Customers, Must possess Customer Service Attitude
  
• To be progressive in the approach and yet respect tradition and backgrounds for our NRI clients.
  
• Self motivated with a willingness to make and receive 40+ calls per day to customers
  
• Ensuring quality of service delivery to the customers through the Service Advisors and ensuring success stories
  
• Track Customer Satisfaction & ensure closure of complaints
  
• Strong Rapport building skills with Team & stakeholders, manage attrition in the team
  
• Mentor and develop the team, Ability to hire, train, coach, and lead its team members as they provide support for customers.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any stream
  
• Must speak Punjabi and English fluently. Since all customers will be from western countries (UK, USA, Canada)
  
• Very strong verbal communication skills and writing skills.
  
• Should be familiar with effective objection handling, Should be a go getter & have never give up attitude
  
• Ideally should have a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, Candidate with experience from BPO or Matrimony Industry preferred
  
• Shift Timings:  1 pm to 10 pm  UK shift time , Location : Gurgoan ( candidates from gurgoan  only )
  
• Salary:  No bar for deserving candidates - 4 lakhs - 6 lakhs
