Roles & Responsibilities

Playing the role of a Client Manager responding to client queries and service quotation requests from our Japan client base.
Working with team members to monitor and achieve the targets towards client conversion rate, influencing repeat customers, etc.
Converting leads generated by Marketing team, timely response to emails and providing chat support to clients.

Informal Dress Code

The shifts applicable to you will be 5:30 – 14:30 (Tue – Fri),5:00 – 14:00 Monday/ 11:30 – 20:30 (Weekday),11:30 – 20:30 (Sunday) . You will be assigned a 9-hour shift during these hours.
