Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide them through our platform's features
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary
4. Document and manage customer interactions & maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
5. Identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries to provide insights for improving our products and services
6. Assist with monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms
7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles
