Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, promptly and professionally
2. Assisting customers with account issues, product questions, and troubleshooting technical problems
3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
4. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
5. Continuously learning about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
6. Contributing to the overall success of the customer service team by actively participating in training sessions and team meetings
