  • Handling customer queries through 'live chat' on website, email enquiries, Whatsapp messages, inbound calls.
  • Assisting customers with online shopping & order / payment completion process.
  • Confirmation of COD orders on the phone (outbound).
  • Uploading product visuals and written content on website.
  • Checking products & QC process before despatch to customer
