Location: Moti Nagar

rocess: Chat (50%) + voice (50%)

Working window will be Rotational (24*7)

One side cab facility in odd hours. (For Female after 8pm and for Male after 10pm).

Salary Slab:- Rs 17,295/- CTC (Fresher)

Candidate would be on training period for 6 days.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 

a)      Very good communication in English.

b)      Both Graduate and undergraduate can be considered.

c)      Should be a nearby resident for easy commutation / reach & shift flexibility.

d)      Fresher or Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage.

e)      Should have very good reasoning & logical approach towards the customer centric activities (as process requires logical people to analyse the situation & respond accordingly). 

f)       Should have flair for excellent customer service & its importance.

g)      Candidate must have computer knowledge and familiar with MS office (Excel / Word / Power point).

h)      Candidate must flexible for 12/7 or 24/7,as per the process requirement.

i)        Typing speed should be 30WPM with 90% accuracy.(for Chat campaign)*
