1. Receive support requests (calls) from customers regarding an application
2. Verify the issues stated and assign them to relevant teams
3. Follow up on solutions to the issues and explain the same to customers
4. Close tickets in the system and maintain turn-around time service levels
5. Identify escalations and handle the same quickly
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship within one week
3. are available for duration of 6 months (for internship)

Other requirements
1. Ability to handle multiple tasks
2. Ability to patiently understand customer issues
3. Should be good to check the software/understand customer queries
4. The ability to be a good listener, and to understand a customer's problem or question and help them solve it
5. Excellent writing skills; most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.)
6. Excellent telephone mannerisms (support will be provided over the phone when needed)
7. Good knowledge of English (spoken & written) is required
8. Qualification: Graduate
