communication skills in English and Hindi and clear thought process.
Responsibilities - Process Skills:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a
timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling
different topics. Display basic etiquettes on calls
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information,
research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Identify opportunities to up sell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage
customers by taking the extra mile.
Requirements
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
· Previous experience in a customer support role.
· Adapt to the organizational culture and discipline. Urge to work in a matured way
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Academic Requirements
Graduation with a degree in either stream.
Work type: Full- Time (Day-shift) – Work from Office (on-site)
9 hours shift, 8 hours production: 6 Days working 1 rotational off.
